Heard. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed application to respondent No.3, being legal representative - wife of Shivdas s/o. Balnath Shinde (now deceased) for pensionary benefits and even in support of her claim for pensionary benefits, necessary documents have been submitted with the respondent No.3 and though the application was filed in the month of May, 2014, no decision is taken by respondent No.3.

We direct respondent No.3 to take decision on the application of the petitioner after verifying necessary documents as expeditiously as possible,

( 2 ) wp11001.15 however, within six weeks from today and send compliance report to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad, Aurangabad.

The writ petition is disposed of in above terms. Needless to observe that respondent No.3 shall communicate decision to the petitioner immediately. 4.
