The applicants herein are, therefore, entitled for similar treatment. The application is, therefore allowed on same terms and conditions of the order dated 13/6/2017 except it be read in clause (2) of the order as under :

"on submitting security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court."
