It is submitted that the proposal of the petitioner is pending since October 2019. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent. In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent, considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee may endeavour to decide the same by 10th October, 2021. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 24th August, 2021.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
