The Petitioners claim to be farmers. The Notification issued under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the 2013 Act'), has been responded to by these Petitioners by raising specific objections. The same are pending adjudication.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, there is no point in entertaining this petition because the entire acquisition process would get stalled and become subjudice. The objections to the Section 11 notice have to be considered by the concerned

9056.23wp (2) authorities before taking further steps under Section 19 of the 2013 Act.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the concerned authorities to deal with the objections of the Petitioners and arrive at an appropriate conclusion prior to the initiation of the steps under Section 19 of the 2013 Act, within the statutory period, as is prescribed under the 2013 Act.
