Heard Mr.Shelke, learned Counsel for the applicants. By way of present application, the applicantspetitioners pray for grant of amendment to the petition. The amendment is to the effect of placing on record averments in respect of a document, namely, the map prepared by Respondent No.3-Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation itself and the contentions in support thereof are already raised in the petition.

{2} ca786719.odt Learned Counsel Ms.Manglani, appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3-MSRDC, vehemently opposes the application. No prejudice would cause to the respondents as the map is prepared by Respondent No.3- MSRDC itself. Resultantly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Needless to state that the applicants-petitioners to supply the amended copy of the petition to the respondents. AVINASH G.
