This application is by original respondent in the writ petition. The writ petition is against the order passed by learned Adhoc District Judge-2, Majalgaon dated 14.09.2007. By way of impugned order, the Trial Court is directed to restore the suit to its position and to proceed with the trial. It is submitted that the present applicant is more than 80 years of age.

Considering the above facts and that the writ
