PER COURT:

The learned counsel for applicant- Insurance company submits that the cheque of compensation amount has been received. The civil application is fled for extension of time to deposit the compensation amount.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the civil application for extension of time is allowed. The applicant is permitted to deposit the cheque of compensation amount within a period of two weeks. Ofce to accept the cheque if it is deposited within two weeks. Interim order of stay granted earlier to continue subject to deposit of compensation amount within extended period.
