It is submitted that, in connected matter, 75% of the amount has been permitted to be withdrawn whereas the applicants herein were permitted to withdraw only 50% of the amount. The applicants, therefore, seek parity and claim withdrawal of 25% more amount. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit, i.e. 25% of the award under challenge, on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
