Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

Mr. N. D. Jaiswal, learned counsel submits that he has received Vakalatnama and instructions from petitioner No.3 to withdraw the petition. The writ petition is filed by another advocate Mr. P. N. Surwase, who is not present today. However, Mr. Jaiswal, learned counsel has placed on record a copy of letter issued by petitioner No.3 to the earlier advocate informing him not to appear for her and she wants to engage another lower. He has also produced on record pursis singed by petitioner No.3 intimating that petitioner Nos.1 and 2 both have expired on 23rd July, 2019 and 24th September, 2021 respectively. The death certificates are also produced on record. It is stated that petitioner No.3 is the only heir of petitioner Nos.1 and 2.

917 wp.6852.2016.odt Petitioner No.3 is present in the Court. The copies of pursis and death certificates are taken on record and marked as 'X' collectively. In view of the above, the writ petition stands withdrawn and disposed of.
