By this petition, petitioner has assailed the impugned order rejecting his nomination. By interim order dated 23.09.2022 this Court had stayed the order rejecting his nomination. Accordingly, petitioner had participated in the election. The result of election has been declared on 02.11.2022 and petitioner is not elected in the said election.
