16th October, 2018 PER COURT:- Heard Shri P.P.More, learned Counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body and Shri B.K. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents in these matters.

{2} 988 CA 9717 of 2018 & ORS. Delay of 1587 days in one matter and delay of 1590 days in other matters, has occurred in filing these appeals by the Acquiring Body. The learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body submitted that because of some procedural compliances for filing appeals and for getting sanctions for procurement of funds to pay Court fees, delay has occurred.

The learned Counsel for the respondents has not seriously objected for condoning the delay.

In view of the, the following order is passed:

ORDER

I) Delay of 1587 days in one matter and delay of 1590 days in other matters, caused in filing the appeals is condoned.

II) Civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

III) Appeals be registered in accordance with law. IV) On registration of appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Shri B.K.Pawar, learned Counsel waives service of notice for the respondents - original

V) List the appeals for further consideration on 22.11.2018.

In view of the fact that the Acquirinig Body has deposited the entire amount of compensation under the award, as was directed by this Court, interim relief order passed on 30.07.2018 is made absolute.
