Present application has been for getting the delay of 1198 days condoned in filing criminal appeal. Present appellant is the original accused in Sessions Case No.391 of 2016, who has been held guilty by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar for committing offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 of Indian Penal Code on 21.02.2018. It appears that the accused, who was arrested on 29.08.2016, was in jail till the date of pronouncement of judgment. It is stated that there is no one in the family, who could file the appeal on his behalf, so also due to financial constraints he could not file the appeal earlier. Good grounds are shown and, therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. The delay stands condoned.
