It is submitted that, under the present writ petition only notices of hearing issued to the petitioner dated 19.07.2014 and 25.07.2014 were assailed. However, during the pendency of the same the Hon'ble Minister conducted the hearing and passed the order, which is subsequently assailed in Writ Petition No. 9055 of 2014.

In view of that, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The writ petition as such stands disposed of. No costs.
