It is pointed out by the learned advocate for respondent No. 6 in as much as the petitioners have themselves stated in paragraph No. 10 that they have already preferred an Appeal before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister and the same is pending. As no order were passed, petitioners have rushed to this Court. 2.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed of. The learned advocates for the respective sides consent to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 06th September, 2017. All are agreeable for having the Appeal decided finally and the

petitioners would not press their application for interim relief. 3.

The Hon'ble Minister would decide the said Appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably on/or before the 30th day of December, 2017. The interim protection granted by this Court on 3rd August, 2016 shall continue till the decision in the Appeal or till 30th December, 2017. which ever is earlier. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
