27th March, 2018 PER COURT:- 1) The petitioners are objecting to the order dated 23.7.2014, passed by the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, in Revision Application No.616 of 2013, vacating the interim relief granted earlier.

2) It is not matter of controversy that the term of the Managing Committee has come to an end. However, issue raised before the Hon'ble Minister also relates to membership of the respondent Nos.5

{2} 904 - WP 6998 of 2014 to 11. The said grievance needs to be scrutinized by the Hon'ble Minister under the revisional jurisdiction.

3) If at all the revision application remains pending with the Hon'ble Minister, he shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today.

4) In view of above, writ petition is disposed of.
