This proceeding is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Mr. Dahat, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company and Mr. S. N. Pagare, learned counsel for respondent No.6 are present. Mr. Dahat, learned counsel has placed on record withdrawal pursis and submits that appellant does not want to prosecute the appeal.

The withdrawal pursis and authority letter are taken on record and marked as Art. 'X' and 'Y' for identification. 3.

The learned Counsel appearing for appellant/Insurance Company made a statement that amount of compensation as per the Award Passed in MACP No. 586/2008 has been deposited in this Court. 4.

The Registry is directed to transfer the amount of compensation to MACT, Aurangabad.

The Chairman/Member, MACT, Aurangabad shall pass an appropriate order regarding disbursement of amount of compensation to the original claimants.

If substantive appeal is filed by the original claimants subsequently, then in that case, the appellant/Insurance Company is entitled to restore its appeal.

The Chairman/Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad be informed accordingly.

The court fee refund certificate be issued as per the rules. 9.

The appeal stands disposed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
