The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the Tribe Claim is pending since 2005. The learned counsel submits that vigilance has been conducted. The reply has also been filed by the petitioners. However, the hearing has not been conducted.

The learned AGP accepts notice for both the respondents-State. Considering the fact that the petitioners are aspiring for admission in Diploma Course and requires validity certificate. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the same by 31.07.2019. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.07.2019.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
