The learned counsel submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since September 2014, the same is not yet decided. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has appeared for Third Year of B.E. examination, result is not declared on the ground that validity certificate is not produced. The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The respondent No.2-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of the appearance of the petitioner.

924-wp.8367-19.odt The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22.07.2019 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. Respondent No.3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then he may not be refrained from taking admission to the Fourth Year only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
