The learned AGP waives notice for all the respondentsState. The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending since January 2013. The same is not yet decided. The employer has asked the petitioner to produce the validity, or else, the services would be terminated.

To get the validation proceeding decided within the stipulated period is not in the hands of litigants. 3.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The Committee shall decide the validation

925-wp.8368-19.odt proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23.07.2019. The respondentemployer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent-employer can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
