At the request of learned counsel for petitioner, leave to amend the title clause with regard to respondent No.2. The validation proceeding is pending since 2013. The learned counsel submits that the present petition is filed only to the extent of seeking direction against the Committee to decide validation proceeding. The hearing is also concluded. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.
Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending and hearing is also concluded, the Committee shall decide the said proceeding by the end of August 2019. 3.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
