Heard Mr. Tawshikar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Tambe, learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy under the Provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In the light of that, though Mr. Tawshikar, learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs.
