At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the order impugned in this petition was also subject matter of challenge in Criminal Revision No.310 of 2018 and the Criminal Revision No.43 of 2019 preferred by the informant wherein these petitioners were parties. A coordinate Bench by order dated 27.01.2023 had disposed off Criminal Revision Applications with directions to the learned Trial Court not to get influenced by the impugned order dated 28.11.2018 and the Magistrate is at liberty to frame charges based upon the evidence after examination of the prosecution witnesses during the course of the trial. In view of the same, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that present petition can also be disposed off as no orders are necessary.

This Court finds that the impugned order has suffered adjudication by this Court and the revision applications are disposed off. Now, sufficient care is taken by the order, therefore, no order is required. 03.
