The petitioner is anxious that his proposal for transfer from unaided division to aided division forwarded by the Head Master to the respondent No. 4/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon is still not considered though it was sent in the year 2021 (Exhibit - E) 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 4 to take appropriate decision on the proposal (Exhibit - E) dated 25 August 2021 on its own merits, as expeditiously as

If the proposal is not traceable in his office, then he shall treat the document at Exhibit - E as the said proposal. The writ petition is disposed of.
