The petitioner has remedy under Rule 13 and 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964. 4.

In light of the above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.
