We have heard the learned Advocate for the appellants who are accused Nos. 1, 2 and 8 in Crime No.374/2020 registered with the Chikalthana Police Station, Aurangabad.

Since we expressed out disinclination, the learned Advocate sought a pass over to take instructions.

After the matter was called out, the learned Advocate for the appellants sought leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to renew the request after the charge sheet is fled. 4.

In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of, as withdrawn. The appellants are left to explore the remedies as may be available in Law.
