The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending with respondent no.2 - Committee since the year 2013. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that the validation proceeding is pending at the stage of vigilance.

Considering that the proceeding is pending since the year 2013, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding expeditiously.
