It appears that Ganpat was the sole claimant. Pending the Land Acquisition Reference, he passed away. His widow - Sonabai and daughter Shakuntala were brought on record in L.A.R. proceeding itself. The acquiring body has preferred appeal taking exception to the award passed in L.A.R. No. 1142 of 1999. Sonabai also passed away. Her daughter - Shakuntala is said to be the only legal representative of deceased Sonabai.
