By way of this contempt petition, the petitioners from the writ petitions are seeking implementation of directions in respect of the interim relief.

The parties are unanimous that the main petition has been finally disposed of by order dated 05.01.2024 inter-alia directing the competing authority to clear the arrears of payment of the petitioners within ninety days in view of the Government Resolution dated 22.03.2022 and 26.12.2023.

In the light of above, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of.
