Present application has been filed for withdrawal of amount. Amount of Rs.20,98,891/- has been deposited in this matter. The appeal has been filed challenging the quantum. Under such circumstance, applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court.

Applicant shall file an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that he would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal.
