Mr M. N. Navandar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that, grant of compensation at the rate of Rs. 75/- per sq.ft. for agriculture land in the year 2002, in Latur district, is very much on higher side.

The Land Acquisition Officer had awarded compensation at the rate of Rs. 20/- per sq.ft.

Considering the facts, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on personal undertaking, 25% on furnishing solvency and remaining 25% on submitting bank guarantee in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
