Vide the present Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to appoint her as Para Teacher / Assistant Teacher in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Government Resolutions dated 23.06.2008, 31.03.2009 and 01.03.2014.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the State and the learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

It would be appropriate for the petitioner to make representation / application to the respondents for considering her for appointment as Para Teacher / Assistant Teacher so that the respondents would be in a position to take decision on the same. 4.

In light of the above, we pass the following order. (i) The petitioner shall make application / representation to the respondents seeking appointment as Para Teacher / Assistant Teacher. The said application / representation shall be considered expeditiously by the respondents, on its own merits, in accordance with law and existing policy, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the receipt of such application / representation.
