Learned Advocate for petitioners placed on record the copy of order dated 23.12.2024 passed below Exh. 1 in R.C.S. No. 294 of 2014 wherein the Trial Court has dismissed the Suit for want of prosecution. The copy of the order is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Considering that the original suit itself has been disposed of, nothing survives in this writ petition.
