After the disinclination is shown by this Court, the learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the application, however, he submits that since the mother of the applicant is suffering from illness he wants to make arrangement, and therefore, he undertakes that applicant would surrender before the police on Tuesday i.e. 15.12.2020.

Learned APP objects for the same. However, taking into consideration the fact that uptill now there was no interim protection, but now, since the applicant has shown that he would surrender before the Court

ABA_1039_2020 on Tuesday the said prayer is accepted. However, till then he should attend the said Police Station, daily between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.. ( Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi, J. ) agd
