The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that a fresh application along with the order of the Lok-Adalat at the District Court, Aurangabad in Pre-Litigation M.A. No.67 of 2024, dated 03.03.2024, would be placed on record.

The learned AGP submits that if a proper application is made to the Talathi of village Dongaon, Taluka Mudkhed, District Nanded, the State authority would follow the due procedure laid down in law and consider the views of the stakeholders and decide the proceedings within 90 days from the date of receipt of the application.
