Civil application No. 7956 of 2025 is filed for condonation of delay of 38 days caused in filing the first appeal. 2.

Perused the application and heard learned advocates for the respective parties. Learned advocate for the respondents strongly opposed the application. Considering the reasons stated in the application and the period of delay is only of 38 days, it is clear that the delay is not deliberately caused. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. 3.

In first appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18.12.2025. Mr. Badakh, learned advocate, waives notice for

In so far as the civil application No. 7957 of 2025 is concerned, the same is filed for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and award. Perused the application, Heard learned advocates for both sides. For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that entire amount under award is deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court dated 31.7.2025, the application deserves to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and disposed of.
