By order dated 25.01.2021, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- within a period of four weeks to test the bona fides of the petitioner by way of security and also as per Rule 7(a) of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not deposit the amount due to his financial condition. 3.
