The learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent No.4 has filed appeal before the Divisional Commissioner against the order of the Collector (Atiyat), Latur. The dispute is with regard to the Inam property. The appeal is pending since February, 2017, before the Divisional Commissioner and the status quo is granted but the appeal is not being decided. 2.

The learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and submits that if the appeal is pending before the Divisional Commissioner, then the same will be decided on its own merits. 3.

In case the appeal filed by respondent No.4 is pending with respondent No.1, then the respondent No.1 shall

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
