This application is for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited in this court. Though, learned counsel for respondent opposes for withdrawal, it is desirable to pay certain amount to the claimant. Therefore, permission is granted to withdraw 50% amount with proportionate interest thereon, which is deposited in this Court, subject to filing of written undertaking in the First Appeal within four weeks from the date of this order that the claimant will redeposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court.
