Shri Menezes, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant's father is paralysed. He submits that his wife cannot take care of the father of the applicant as she has developed some back problem. He further submits that there is no one in the family to take care of his father.

Considering the allegations against the applicant in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the applicant. 3.

Shri Menezes, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the application. He submits that trial may kindly be expedited.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year.
