Since the award of the learned Reference Court is less than four times of the award of the Land Acquisition Officer, the learned A.G.P. seeks leave to withdraw these appeals as per the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4, dated 3.11.2016 and subsequent Corrigendum, dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 to the said Government Resolution. Leave granted to withdraw. 4.

All first appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

Pending civil applications stand disposed of, accordingly. 6.

Respondent/original claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount as per the Award, if not withdrawn.

The undertaking, if any, is furnished at the time of the earlier withdrawal of amount, stands discharged.
