The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the only prayer the petitioner has put forth is that her representation dated 24.03.2023, be decided by respondent No.4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent No.4 to decide the representation within 60 days from today in accordance with the rules and the policies applicable.

However, we make it clear that if any land of the petitioner is found to have been utilized for the project, he would be entitled for compensation, since this would amount to acquiring his land. In such a situation, the authorities would initiate appropriate proceedings for acquisition of the said land.
