Mr. Bagul, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the claim of the petitioner for the benefit of higher pay scale on the basis of B. Ed. qualification is pending with the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 would take decision upon the application of the petitioner within a period of four (04)
