Learned counsel for the parties state that the first appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise. Learned counsel for respondent no.1, on instructions, has no particular objection for disposal of first appeal no. 1591 of 2018 (Original Second Appeal No. 564 of 2012) in terms of the compromise. Parties refer to that as a matter of fact, parties on either side except the deceased persons, have been signatory to the terms of compromise.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the terms of compromise have been verified before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Learned counsel further refer to that terms of compromise are not forbidden by any law nor are opposed to the

2 FA - 1591-2018 public policy nor are prejudicial to the parties and are in the interest of parties.

In view of aforesaid, first appeal no. 1591 of 2018 (Original Second Appeal No. 564 of 2012) stands disposed of in terms of the compromise.

Pending civil applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
