Learned Advocate appearing for petitioners submits that petitioners have already filed revision application before Divisional Commissioner challenging order passed by Additional Collector, Nandurbar in RTS Appeal No.61 of 2023. He would submit that applicant would submit application for release of vehicle to concerned authority.
