Learned AGP and the learned Advocate for the respondents have assisted us in this matter.

The petitioner has put forth prayer clause "B, C and D" as under :- "B. By issuing appropriate writ or directions, the respondent No.3 College be directed to allow the petitioner to appear for the classes of V semester of Diploma in Civil Engineering. Further respondent No.2 be also directed to accept the exam form of V semester Exam of Diploma in Civil Engineering of the petitioner. C. Pending hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition the respondent No.3 be directed to allow the petitioner to appear for khs/DEC. 2017/8066

the classes of V semester of Diploma in Civil Engineering. D. Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause "C" may kindly be granted."

By order dated 23/10/2012, this Court refused interim relief to the petitioner.

We find from the petition paper book that the petitioner was precluded from appearing for the examination since he was awarded punishment in a copying case. As such, since no interim relief was granted, the petitioner has obviously undergone the punishment awarded to him.

Considering the above, this petition is rendered infructuous and stands disposed of.
