The applicant who is original complainant before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna in Special Case (Atro.) No.196 of 2020 is seeking condonation of delay of 49 days in filing appeal against the dismissal order passed by the aforesaid Judge in respect of the case of applicant. 3.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, the aforesaid delay has been causes since the applicant had approached to Legal Services Authority for getting legal aid Pooja K.

914 Appln-2357-2023 and thereafter her appointment was done. According to her in this process of getting legal aid the delay of 49 days has been caused.

Though the learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 strongly opposed the application but considering the reasons mentioned above for causing the delay and the statutory right of the applicant, delay of 49 days stands condoned. 5.

The appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
