In view of amendment in Bombay City Civil Court's Act, 1869 by the Bombay City Civil Court's (Amendment) Act, 2015,

{2} fa137-07 dated 29th July, 2015 and Circular No. Rule/P-3601/2015 dated 1st September, 2015 issued by the Registrar (Judicial-I), High Court at Bombay, as regards enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction upto to Rs.1 crore for transfer of first appeals to the concerned district court, present matters be transferred to the concerned district court.
