There is delay of 4970 days in preferring appeal. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application and on the ground of parity, the delay sought to be condoned.

The application is contested by the respondent-Acquiring Body. It is submitted that there is huge delay and no satisfactory explanation has been tendered.

In the companion matters arising out of the self-same acquisition proceedings, the delay was condoned by me vide order dated 19.11.2025 on certain conditions. I do not find any impediment in following the same course. The averments in the application has not been controverted. There are no lapses on the part of the applicant.
