The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that tribe claim of the petitioner is pending for validation with Respondent No.2 since 2013 and Respondent No.3 - employer has issued notice to the petitioner. 2.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

Considering the fact that validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

(I) Respondent No.2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner 1 / 2

25-WP-9106-16.odt expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

(II) The petitioner shall appear before Respondent No.2 - Committee on 28th December, 2018.

(III) The petitioner shall cooperate with Respondent No.2 - Committee.

(IV) Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not take any coercive action only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. (V) Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are entitled to take action, as per the law, depending on the judgment of Respondent No.2 of validation proceeding.
