ORDER:- IN APPLICATIONS FOR DELAY CONDONATION :

The learned Counsel Mr. Kulkarni submits that Mr. Gaddime is no more on the Panel of appellant Acquiring Body and in his place Mr. Kulkarni has fled his Vakalatnama. As such, the appearance of Mr. Gaddime on behalf of the appellant Acquiring Body stands discharged and the appearance of Mr. Kulkarni be shown.

Heard rival submissions. The appellant - Acquiring Body in all these applications is seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side, and therefore, the delay periods as mentioned in these applications stand condoned. 3.
The appeals be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.

Applications are accordingly disposed of.
IN THE APPLICATION FOR STAY :

In other connected matters, this Court had already asked the applicant Acquiring Body to deposit entire amounts of compensation. As such, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause-B in these stay applications subject to deposit of entire compensation amounts alongwith interest within a period of 12 weeks.
